| My overall review of the hotel is that the service provided was great. The hotel is in a excellent location for shopping, getting something to eat or if you are looking for something to do. The quality of the hotel as far as cleansliness of the hotel, I think that needs some work.

| the pictures the hotel shows on their website are "glamorized". there were bugs in the room, the bed sheets were not clean twice after the room had been made up, they failed to give me the breakfast vouchers that are included in the hotel stay, there were very new disgusting stains on the floor, the hotel was in desperate need for maintenance, the room was not at all comfortable, and they failed to give me my wake up call and i almost missed my flight because of that. this hotel was HORRIBLE, it was not at all worth any of the money i spent on it.

| The rooms are large enough. I got two rooms on the 19th floor and the view is amazing. The location of the hotel is good. It's like only 10mins walk to the Sim Lim and GC mall, and 15 mins to little india area. The hotel is nice and clean, but it's a little bit old and some facilities are worn out. It does need some renovation. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

| The room was fairly clean and quiet. It had a very soiled rug with a wet spot that would never dry. Although I had reserved a king size bed in a nonsmoking room, I had to settle for a queen size bed in a nonsmoking room. The place is located within easy access of the MRT system and is close to shopping.

| We have stayed in Singapore four times and have always booked the budget-end hotels. This hotel was the best value for money. The rooms were large with fantastic city views and just a 400 metre stroll to Bugis Village and the City Centre. The hotel staff were friendly - and the pool area is awesome.

| the hotel is clean and well airconditioned (a must in the humid climate of the city) the staff is very helpfull. it is really located very close to the subway station and next door to the Raffels Hospital (has 24 hour pharmacy, ATMs, coffee shops)and two blocks from the mall (the food court has amazing variety of cusines available), movie theaters, hawkers market, the historic arab street shops are next door (don't recomend eating there) the historic Littlle India area is close (SGD$4-5 by taxi)great shopping and lots of choices for a varriety of indian food also great place to buy cheap electronics. there is a 7-11 store open 24 hours less than 1/2 block away from the hotel recommend buying bottled water etc there lot cheaper than the hotel. didn't like the laundry facilities at the hotel also if you need to iron your clothes only one ironing board is located for use in the entire hotel at an unairconditioned location in the stair well. the choice of tv programs is limited to 12 in all(CNN and 3 local english channels). do not recommend the Indian restaurant located inside the hotel hopeless and over priced food but the International restaurant located inside the hotel has excellent food includung well stocked breakfast buffet. taxi is very cheap (compared to USA) and always available at the hotel. the wifi is expensive and cumbersome to log on. the beds are comfortable but the chairs, tables are not.

| This hotel seems to give a pretty good value for the price. It badly needs renovation, however. Lots of loose tiles around the pool; dated and worn out bathrooms. Good staff and quite clean, and the location is excellent.
