Title is deceptive, not many upscale hotels in Syracuse. Overall, not bad; rooms were stylish and upscale. Room was clean, but maid service left a little to be desired. Elevators were the slowest I think I've been in anywhere in the world! Not far from Armory Square for food and nightlife. SU campus is also close by. Price on Expedia was right, anymore and it would not have been worth it.

Very nicely updated comon areas. The room was especially nice, with extremely nice bedding and good mattress. Because it was inclement weather, I enjoyed the availability of the in-house resturant, which is above average. I would also utilise the conference facilities in the future.

Located in center of Syracuse, this hotel makes you feel at ease. It is accessible to downtown as well as shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is exceptional and a welcome relief to travelers who like to "stay in" once in a while. Accommodations are very comfortable.

what we didn't like: no mini bar, the ice cube machine was on the 9th floor and we were on the 18th. There were no dresser drawers. The 2 elevators were very slow. You ended up waiting for 10 minutes to go up. No breakfast room service, no room service after 10pm. no valet service when you came to the front of the hotel. When we wanted to have the complimentary bus to the airport, it only ran at very specific times, so that we had to pay for a taxi. The front staff was indifferent.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very modern and have a home-like feel to them. Loved the King sized bed. Needs more vending options. There is only drinks available after the restaurant closes (but the food in the restaurant is wonderful)!
