| When I checked in there were no Non-smoking rooms, only one smoking room left and it had just been re-carpeted and reeked of carpet glue. This is an extended stay hotel and most of the "guest" lived there full time. So there was alot of coming and going in the lobby, conversing loudly outside the rooms late into the night and kids who lived in the complex.I was originally given a room belonging to another guest who I woke up by opening his door, then the next 2 times the key didn't work. Finally got in and slept for the night. The staff was friendly and gave good directions; but I wold not return there if there were any other options.

| Clean safe hotel, very institutional otherwise. Beds are too soft, sheets not tucked in.

| The hotel itself was nice, however they have smoking and non-smoking rooms located on the same floor and they are not in separate wings. The first evening they had us on the thrid floor and it wreaked. They did accomodate us by changing our room twice. The second time we were able to be place on the the first floor and then the stay was much better. I did find the bed a little uncomfortable because the pillow was quite flat. I didn't understand the towel policy. It read as thoough they do not switch out the towels daily. Since, I keep my do not disturb sign on the door, I am not sure how they handle the towels. Other than that, the stay was nice, safe, and clean.

| I was disappointed with the lack of noise insulation. It felt like the guest beside me were in my room. I felt no privacy of conversation while on the phone. I moved 3 times to try to get some rest. Not a pleasant experience. Room was ok - bed was better in last room than previous rooms. Access to property requires U-turns in heavy traffic area.

| The clean lobby and hallways of the hotel are misleading. The carpeting in my room had what looked like candle wax embedded in it. Also, the shower control was very confusing to operate. Last, there is only one way to enter the hotel by car which was unusual. If rooms are upgraded, I would stay again but not until that happens.
