| Pretty good location. Room was nice, however they did not have any pots/pans to cook with because they had a big college group staying at the facility. The front desk eventually washed a few to help us. They also could not find our reservation, but were very friendly about it. I would stay here again.

| The hotel is considered an extended stay. The double room suite is small. Everything is all in room except the bathroom. The elevators kept breaking down at night. Try carrying a sleeping baby and stroller up three flights of stairs, not to mention helping Grandma up the stairs. The rooms were not cleaned everyday. They charged for extra towels, pillows.

| The room was not ready, when I booked the hotel only had queen bed suite available so I took it, I really needed two beds. A track team was leaving early and 15 rooms became available and I had to beg the front desk person to ask the manager if he could make the change. She said in front of me and other guess in the lobby, "I your answer is going to be no, but I will ask you anyway", I said to her "How do you know what the manager is going to say you are not in his mind. I at frist said no and I ask why can't you get someone to clean the room and let me get a sute with two beds, finally he said okay and I came back an hour later and got the room I needed. There was not swimming pool.

| Towels are not changed and room is not cleaned every day unless you request it which I did not like. Too humid in Virginia to not have towels changed every day and I don't think you should have to ask. Bathroom had full size tub and shower. Room had kitchenette which was nice. But the room looked old and in need of repair, especially in bathroom. Since I'm not familiar with the area, maybe the price is good for what you get. It was fine since we were only sleeping there and spending most time out of the room.

| As for as "suite hotels" go, this one was comparable with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove-top and utensils. They don't tell you that you need to get cookware from the front desk but that's ok - it was hot and all I wanted was cold foods anyway. The a/c worked very well! It also would have been nice if they'd had a map of local businesses available.

| Convenient to shopping and dining. Average hotel stay. Some guests were loud. Inexperienced front desk girl, bad phone etiquette/customer service.

| The room was small and cramped, facing a noisy interstate highway. Because of the type of hotel, "extended stay", we received no maid services or clean towels throughout our stay. The room had a large refrigerator and 2-burner electric range, but no pots. We had to ask for one just to make tea. Then the range was set to work on a timer, but we did not find that out until we were checking out, so we did not use it. We could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and had free breakfast pastries and clean towels. We were disappointed.

| Good value and great location. Several shopping centers are located nearby, as well as tons of restaurants and a mall. Easy access from the interstate. Room was clean and good sized.

| On our first night there, our bedding in our room was dirty. The front office left us on hold (phone) and said we had to come get new clean sheets. Also, they painted the bathroom door and did not put a wet paint sign on the door.
