| The hotel and room was ok, but very disappointed with the irresponsible behaviour of staff. My Driving License was kept for copying and staff failed to return it to me. It was found on the copier machine and no one notified me despite my calling the reception for entertainment advice some 15 minutes after check-in. On checkout the next morning I was still not notified, I left the hotel and arrived in St Augustine (over 1 hour away from the hotel) to discover that I was missing my Driving License. On phoning the hotel, I was told that it was at the recption desk. When asked why I was not informed I was told they did not know and they could only assume that the security had found it on the copier and left it at the reception desk. I therfore had to make a return journey in order to retriieve my Driving License.

| Wow, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to in years!!! The service was fantastic! Not a super fancy hotel, but I prefer friendly staff and cleaniness over amenities. Our iron was spitting out dirty water, so my husband went to get a different one, and they handed us a brand new iron! Not every day a hotel does that for you. We are going back definitely!!!

| looked good on the outside. Was in a good location. Was so smelly and dirty, we had to leave after one night. The whole room was grimy. I had to go to the store and buy disinfectant spray and air freshener, but it didn't help much. We would have left without staying at all and forfeited our money, but it was motorcycle week in Daytona Beach and rooms were scarce.
