| Thsi hotel was fantastic for the price and exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the full suite in the room was an added bonus.

| I had high expectations before arriving at this location. When I arrived at the hotel I couldn't believe there was no one at the registration desk. The door was locked, I rang the doorbell and called the operator - no answer. After about 5 min. I called Expedia customer service and they too made several attempts to reach a live person. Shortly thereafter I saw a car pull into the parking lot and a man wearing a security outfit got out and simply said, "I'm sorry." The alarmed look on his face assured me that no one else would have to endure what I went through. It was hard for me to enjoy anything else the rest of the evening....
