| I ordered the room through Expedia the day before, but the hotel didn't have the info. when we arrived. Since we waited at the desk for a few extra minutes, the gal upgraded our room to a whirlpool suite for no extra charge! We were thrilled. Then I noticed that the hotel is involved with Project Planet - a program designed to save water and reduce pollution through cooperation of guests and the hotel. The people there were very nice and the annual balloon fest at the airport was a blast!

| The room was one of the cleanest that we have experienced. Two sinks in the room was a nice touch. Also, the cable TV was the best we have seen in comparable rooms. The staff at the desk was responsive to our request for a non-smoking room.
