| The hotel has lost it's resort charm as it is in need of a major re-hab 5 years ago. The rates are far to high for what the customer recives as acomodations.

| We had plans in the area and did not take advantage of the many features at the hotel. The pool and outside bar area looked great even though we didn't use it. We had a very nice room for the price. The location was perfect for our weekend.

| The hotel had a lot to offer -- nice pool, spa and food. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. Perfect place for someone looking for a nice place to stay, but not over the top or too expensive.

| Motel was fine but did not honor request made though expedia for non-smoking rooms. Beds are small double beds. There was alot of noise in the hall from partiers and they did nothing to quiet them.

| For the price of this place I was not very impressed. Bed was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. However, hotel staff were great with anything we needed from directions somewhere to recommendations for a place to eat.

| Though they will be renovating and somethings are just not being kept up as well as they should be. No fridges in room was a surprise. Pool could have been cleaner but was very warm and a delite to play in.

| Compared to the price of other resorts in the area, Interlakken is a good deal. It is not luxurious, it is not quiet (kids run the hallways early morning to late night), but if you really just need a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time enjoying Lake Geneva, this will fit your needs. Pay less and stay at the Interlakken and then spend your savings at the Fontana or Grand Geneva Spa!

| I do not recommend this hotel at all. Its has not been renovated in over twenty years. The rooms are dirty, the sheets and towels are worn, rough and discusting. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
