| My husband and I just got back from our stay at Cap Caraibes and we had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was very supportive when we had trouble with mising luggage. The rooms were very clean and having a kitchen cut down on some costs especially for breakfast and lunch.

| When we arrived we were told that our requested room (guaranteed ocean view) in Cap Caraibes was not available and that we had been upgraded to the adjacent Caribbean Princess resort. Our rooms there (2 bedroom/2 bath, full kitchen, huge balcony, etc.) were well beyond our expectation.

| The hotel is a clean decent place to stay close to the beach. Other than that - there are no positives. The management was very uninterested in answering questions, helping make activity reservations, or giving general information. They didn't care about guest satisfaction either - we were without water for 24hrs. and their only response was "oh well - it's an inconvenience." I will not return to Cap Caraibes.
