| Unprofessional staff, the rooms were not the cleanest, the bathroom had mold around the shower and on the ceiling. The swimming pools were nasty.

| My husband and I stayed in the Coral tower (the hotel has 3 towers) and I was not at all impressed. We were on the second floor, so we had a great view of the yellowish hot tub (and the couple "having fun" in it) so needless to say there was no swimming. The location was great, very close to Pier 14 and the Strip. We had one hard bed and one soft bed. There was a garden tub, but the jets did not work. The stove looked like it exploded. But everything, I guess, was decent for a quick weekend getaway for someone with little money to spend. Not planning on going back there though. The front desk guys seemed nice. We didn't really have to deal with them alot, but they seemed very nice.

| This hotel was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Before even entering the room on the 9th floor, the door wouldn't open without a huge struggle (huge fire hazard that the front desk said was supposedly fixed), the bathroom was not cleaned, no fresh towels, just plain filthy! All the doors say no smoking but all the rooms we tried smelled like smoke and had ashtrays in them. The furniture was broken, the wall paper coming off the walls, floors were sticky, no water pressure on the 7th floor, the elevator shook all the way up to the top floor. The pools were closed for cleaning most of the morning before check-out. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendliness of the housekeeping and the fact that it was right on the ocean.

| We stayed in another hotel our 1st few nights in Myrtle Beach for the same cost; the Poindexter complex was MUCH cleaner, more updated, etc. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

| I got the oceanfront room I ordered, however it was on the first floor, right next to the pool. Not a big deal I guess because I didn't really specify, but we had to keep the curtain shut most of the time because of people looking in. I did request a queen size bed, instead we got two twins(try explaining that to your new wife) There was no battery in the fire alarm, the beds had stains on them, and there were no fitted sheets. It wasn't a very pleasent stay, definetly not worth the price.

| Very basic hotel for an okay price. The best feature is that the hotel is part of a group of hotels that make up Atlantica Resort, and we were free to use any of the pools on these properties, so we had access to a lazy river, two kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, plus 3 regular pools. This was great for us since we had 2 children under the age of 2 with us who loved the smaller pools and the lazy river. We had the oceanfront efficiency so we had a balcony where we could relax while the kids went to sleep. If I were going to go again, I would try to stay in one of the other buildings that has been renovated.

| I would have preferred to have a cleaner room. For example when you went to the restroom and closed the door the tile on the floor was very dirty behind to door and looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. The door knob to the balcony was falling off. The toilet tissue holder was another story. It was attached to a much too long piece of wood and screwed to the wall so crooked it was almost diagonal. Does anyone clean by the pool? There was a pair of black underpants by the pool for a day and a half. Gross! I have to say that the staff was friendly and willing to help. I think the housekeepers did well for what they had to work with. I believe the Resort needs to do some much needed upkeep. Don't think I'll stay there again. Will find a hotel that is cleaner next year.
