| The grill only serves 5 different sandwiches. The Bar-B-Q sandwich I chose was colder than the beer I bought at the same place.I may have had my expectations set to high. Other than the bar and grill, I do not know how it could have been any better.

| I was on a business trip in NC that lasted over a weekend so I decided to treat myself to a mini-vacation in Myrtle Beach; the hotel experience almost ruined it for me. Upon arrival, neither of my issued card keys worked, though the maintenance person responded quickly and amicably. The room (and parking garage for that matter) smelled of urine and the kitchenette's cleanliness was questionable. I found the night front desk staff very disagreeable and unwilling to help with an issue that arose while I was there. As for the elevators, it seemed that one did not work the entire duration of my trip, another one didn't stop on at least Floor 8, and waiting times varied anywhere between 5-12 minutes for an elevator to stop at ground level. On the elevators themselves all the floor lights did not light up and on some floors the up or down arrow did not light up. All in all this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth.

| When i requested extra sheets and pillows they did not bring it up to my room but told me to come down to the front desk, they told me there they had no pillows; only sheets. I required a toothbrush which they could not provide. I had two rooms. One room smelled like urine. The other room had a cockroach problem. The rooms were not cleaned by room service - only beds made. Heard many complaints from other people while at the hotel - he said the floors to his room were very wet.

| This hotel is ok. The elevators were very slow and only one of them worked most of the time. Parking was across the street which was a real downfall. The room was nice and the view was great. Pools were nice and fun for children. Overall the stay was not too bad. I would stay here again.

| This was our second trip to myrtle beach, overall we werent very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel needs major updating in some parts. We had room 152 - do not let them put you there, its right next to the housekeeping rooms and every morning at 730 all you hear is talking and slaming of doors. The rooms werent very clean and they were very outdated. Not to mention on the last day there, we were waken to a roach crawling on the bed at 530. Needless to say we left right then. I would not stay here again, for the price of the room it was not worth it. The only good thing really was the location and the access to the beach.

| 1. Did not recieve a room like I requested 2. Waited 45 minutes to check in 3. I called to make sure I had an ocen view and balcony. The ocean view was through a palm tree, across a parking lot, between two buildings construction going on outside room on walkway so you could not open the drapes to see what view we had. 4. Air conditioner would not cool the room properly 5. TV remote did not work 6. Water in shower too cold or too hot without adjusting the water 7. No elevator

| This was the cheapest oceanfront hotel I could find, so bearing that in mind, it also could've been a lot worse. The major problems were with the elevators. Trying to get an elevator around check-in/check-out times was nearly impossible. The people at the front desk, although not really rude, could've taken some classes in customer service. The bed was really hard and the angled oceanview balcony was very small. 2 people couldn't really sit down out there, so there was a lot standing. The people that clean the room seemed nice and they did a good job cleaning. The pools were pretty nice too. I defintely enjoyed the lazy river.
