| Fulton Lane Inn has absolutely charming rooms. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the decor is light and very coastal carolina, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast served to my room was always on time, and delicious.

| The Fulton Inn was great. Convenient to all shopping. Step out the front door and walk to wonderful upscale shops or go to the market place with wonderful vendors selling all types of goods. We were very happy with the hotel staff. They were always very pleasant and helpful when we needed directions to take day trips to surrounding areas. Restaurants are numerous and just a short walk to get to. If you are really into visiting Charleston I think we had a great location while staying at the Fulton Inn. Have a Great Vacation

| We've stayed at the Fulton Lane Inn twice now, and been very pleased each time. The rooms are lovely, and very comfortable. The staff is always warm and helpful. The only caution I would offer is that if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. This inn is a historic building in the historic district so all windows are the original single pane glass and do nothing for sound insulation... street sweepers and trash pickup comes between 5-7 AM so be prepared. But the location and quality is well worth it!

| Went for a long weekend. Parked the car Thursday evening on arrival and didn't drive again until the departure on Sunday. Many shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Very courteous staff. Room exactly as pictured.

| My husband and I were assigned a "King Deluxe" room with a fireplace that sounded fantastic online. When we got to the room it looked okay when the lights were dim, but when we switched the lights on the room looked like it had recently had a fire incident - the fireplace and all of the walls and furniture had a layer of soot on them! We addressed the situation to the staff and they were extremely apologetic and helpful and immediately moved us to another room in the hotel which was beautiful and actually one of the nicer hotel rooms I've ever stayed in (I think the room was called a Cathedral Suite). Overall in the end the room and the service were excellent - I think the soot problem was an isolated incident that had not yet been addressed by the friendly staff of this hotel.

| This is a great place in a perfect location of Charleston with tons of charm and character. It is right in the shopping area of the historic district and is close to everything you would want to be close to in that area. The room was gorgeous and was actually really close to the website picture to my surprise. The bed was a little stiff, but that was it. Great service as well.

| My husband and I were making our first trip to Charleston, and stayed here for just one night. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and even more impressed with our room. We had a regular King, and the bed was awesome. First rate all the way, and a good bargain for the area. Night life all around. Tons of shopping!

| This lovely inn is within walking distance to everything - the City Market, restaurants, shopping and beautiful historic buildings. Our large standard room was very clean and had a comfortable king-size four-poster bed. A delicious continental breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The staff was most helpful in making reservations for us and offering excellant advice on places to go and things to do during our short stay.

| I've been to Charleston a number of times, but never had the opportunity to stay downtown. This place is located in the heart of the city on King St. steps away from the market. The B&B is part of a "chain" of 5 other B&B's in Charleston, all equally beautiful. I would like to try one of their suites next time, even though the "average" room was huge with a gorgeous 4-poster canopy bed.
