| Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our TV and maintenance came within 15 minutes. The only problems we had were: you have to go to the front desk everyday to get pool bracelets, and the room could have used a Do Not Disturb sign because housekeeping had an attitude when we wanted to sleep in to 10:00am. Otherwise a good hotel.

| Great place for the price. Pool areas could be a little cleaner and outside hot tub really wasn't that hot. Parking was very adequate and across the street w/ a walkway that was suspended above street. Get an oceanfront room if possible. We booked on short notice so we had a view of the indoor pool.

| The carpet in the room needs to be replaced it has stains and tears in the seams. The bathroom tub has rust around the drain and on the walls. It seems that the hotel needs much better maintaince than it is geting. We were very disspointed.

| Our room was supposed to be non-smoking ocean view! It was neither. Even housekeeping was alarmed at the odor of smoke in our room along with cigarette holes in the bedspreads, burn holes on the bathtub, etc. I was told by the front desk that this was a NON-SMOKING FLOOR! Bull-! Even a child could see someone had had a smoking party in this room. Ionizer didn't help!

| The pools and decks were not kept cleaned. The hotel needs major renovations. Elevators smelled bad and stairwells were not kept clean. The pool staff should spend as much time cleaning as they did looking for kids without ID bracelets, the pool deck was littered with cups and cigarette butts. Daily housekeeping was skimpy at best. The lighting in the rooms was not up to par and the spare murphy bed was not comfortable at all.

| Although the hotel's elevators were the slowest things on Earth and the hotel's setup was confusing and overly complicated, it was a really fun place to stay! My boyfriend and I stayed three nights and even though the weather wasn't so great, we were able to enjoy all the indoor pools, saunas, and the lazy river. There was a lot of stuff to do right there-- it was also a nice area to play in when we'd had enough of the sun or when it was later in the evening. It didn't hurt that we also got a great deal!
