This ski-in/ski-out hotel is located on the mountain in Schweitzer Village. Facilities include two outdoor spa tubs with lake views, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and weight machines, luxury changing rooms, and large, private showers. Guests have access to an outdoor pool at the Selkirk Lodge, next door. Elevator service is available to all floors and there is controlled access to heated underground parking (complimentary). Ski lockers for guests are available on the garage and courtyard levels. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel or guestrooms.

Recreation is what Schweitzer Mountain is all about, and these condos are situated for guests who desire to explore the outdoors. In winter, the condos offer convenient ski-in/ski-out access for skiers and snowboarders alike. In summer or fall, this becomes hike-in/hike-out access, as hiking and walking trails begin right outside the door. Golfing is available at nearby Hidden Lakes, kayaking is offered on Lake Pend Oreille 25 miles away, chairlifts run all year for stunning mountain views, and horseback riding, mountain biking, and bird-watching are all great fun and easily accessible.
