Occupying a block just off the town's main thoroughfare of Snowmelt Road, the two-floor Terracehouse Condominiums are set in a building that stairsteps down the hill 2 blocks below the Silvertree Hotel. Parking is within 50 yards across Snowmelt Road in the Snowmass village lot (surcharge in winter). Onsite amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and coin laundry, and guests can use the fitness center at the Silvertree (surcharge).

Skiers and snowboarders reach the other Rocky Mountain areas of Aspen (Ajax, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands) via free shuttle. Hiking and bicycle trails are abundant and, in summer, a ski lift takes cyclists up Snowmass to ride the trails down.
