| The “secret” to staying at this hotel is that it is actually made up of three award-winning All-Inclusive resorts, and guests will not know which of the three resorts they will be staying at until seven days prior to arrival. The three resorts include Old Jamaica at Couples Ocho Rios, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril—one of which will be assigned to guests seven days before arrival (a representative will contact guests by e-mail, phone, or fax). All three of the resorts offer white-sand beaches and a myriad of amenities and entertainment. Requests for specific properties are not accepted with bookings. Guests will be assigned to properties per the hotel's sole discretion.

When booking this property, guests must understand that they could be assigned to one of three different hotels in Ocho Rios or Negril: Couples Ocho Rios, Couples Swept Away, or Couples Negril. The hotel will contact the guests directly by phone, e-mail, or fax to let them know which property, specifically, they will be staying at. Contact will be made seven days prior to arrival. Requests for specific properties will not be accepted; guests will be assigned to properties per the hotel's sole discretion. Guests are advised to fly into Montego Bay airport. | We had a wonderful time on our vacation to beautiful Ocho Rios, Jamaica! The staff at the Couples Hotel are so genuine when it comes to hospitality and making sure you have everything you need or want! The atmosphere is relaxed, but yet nothing goes "undone". Always smiling, the staff ask if you need anything. The maid service was impeccable. The food was delicious. The view from our balcony was so unspoiled, we felt we were the only two people in the world! Great entertainment! Thank You Couples Ocho Rios!! We will be back!

| We decided on the Secret Rendevous because all of the Couples resorts sounded nice and we were looking to save money. We got assigned to Ocho Rios. The hotel overall is very nice. The staff was very friendly, always asking to refill our drinks and making sure we were happy. Check in was very easy since we came off the bus with about 7-8 other couples and they gave us envelopes with our rooms in a group. The moment we got there I was starving so I went straight to the Beach Grill to get the jerk chicken. Our second day was pretty casual half day on the beach, half day at the pool. We dined at Bayside the pasta restaurant very very romantic. Next we went to Dunn's River Falls which was so so much fun. Le Gourmet that nite and my boyfriend thought it was the nicest restaurant he's ever been to! Next day we went horseback riding and did the pool buffet very very nice. So many desserts to choose from. Overall we were always full! The food and staff are probably the 2 biggest standouts for us.

| Our stay was at Ocho Rios. When we arrived in the dark after the long ride from Montego, we were immediately greeted with smiles, cold towels, drinks...I mean they were all over you, to make sure you forget the ride in and begin your vacation. The hotel grounds, facilities, and private beaches were beautiful and impeccably maintained. The service was top notch. The food at the Patio was excellent, although Le Gourmet and Bayside were average. Average food is to be expected in the Carribean, but they make up for it in service. Everything was "No problem" and always said with a smile. All of the people in Jamaica were very friendly. The Jamaicans understand what excellent service is all about. They WANT you to come back. All of the people we encountered worked very hard to give a great experience. The U.S. could take a few lessons about service from the Jamaicans. The cab and shuttle drivers, horseride guides, dunns river guides, all of them were extremely friendly with lots of stories, jokes, and interesting facts about their countries language, food, and culture. You get all the usual watersports with lessons. We learned to sail and did the snorkelling trip. The off site excursions you get for this price in an all inclusive cannot be beat. Catamaran cruise, Dunns River, Horsebackriding, Diving! These are always extra at other resorts. You will not be sorry visiting Jamaica or staying at Couples Ocho Rios. We will return!

| Other than the 2-2 1/2 hour ride to and from the airport, we had a wonderful time...the weather was perfect, the people very nice, the food OK, and all the extras included made this a great experience

| The hotel is a little bit older but clean and well organized. The hotel staff is great and the food is delicious. Dunn's River Falls is a fantastic and amazing place to go.

| My wife and I enjoyed this trip immensely. We ended up at Ochos Rios and loved the resort. The falls were great. It was the first time on a horse for my wife. The bus trip is long but the driver stopoped just in time as the Red Stripe express needed an empty and refill. :) Hotel is older and you can feel it but the setting is perfect. Scuba shop divers were competent. All staff friendly. I would go back in a moment. Loved it!!!

| We ended up at Couples Negril. The resort was beautiful. The pool, the beach, everything was very nice. We spent an extremely enjoyable vacation, relaxing by the pool (bar) and on the beach. All the food was good and the service was excellent. We took the sunset catamaran cruise out to the cliff divers which was fun. The massage packages are a great idea as well. There was so much to do that we didn't leave the resort at all. Can't wait to go back!

| We ended up at Couples Negril and enjoyed our stay. The water sports activities were great. There was plenty of equipment for everyone and we never had to wait for anything we wanted to do. The food was good, not great. Although it is a larger resort, we never felt crowded. The rooms are comfortable and all had balconies which was nice.
