| The hotel was located in the worst area of Melbourne. The staff was very unprofessional. I will never lodge there again.

| I must say first of all that I will NEVER stay in this hotel again! The carpet in my room was severely water damaged and smelled like mold. The toilet did not flush, and the staff was not very helpful. If I had known all this ahead of time, I would never have booked this reservation.

| I did not Feel comfortable in this room at all. I asked for a non smoking room and this room reeked of smoke. I left before the night was over because I just couldn't sleep there.

| The bed was SO bad my husband slept in the chair across the room and had to go to the chiropractor within 2 days of our return home!!
