Great location on the north end of the Wangfujing shopping area, so it's a little quieter. The rooms are very nice, a true 4 star quality. Service desk was very helpful with our various requests and all spoke english very well. Pool was small and not the greatest (why I gave a 4), but overall, this was a pleasant stay after a long flight.

The hotel was really good, unlike other reviews I read, the air cond always worked and it was really clean. I have no complaints at all. The only hard thing was that not many people understaood what you needed, it was kind of hard to communicate with some of the staff, but they were very helpful and tried to help in every way.

Good facilities with poor services and management. Facilities are not maintained well. Sauna like elevators, low English fluency on average.

We stayed on the executive floow (floor 10) and had a wonderful time. The included breakfast buffet was adequate but items did not change daily. The location of the hotel was excellent for site seeing in Beijing. We also used Grey Line tours for 2 trips to the Great Wall--the English spoken by the tour guides was excellent. For the price, the hotel more than met our expectations.

Was in China for 17 days. Stayed at several 5 star hotels. The Prime can hold its own with any of them. Room was good, staff was very good . Only real problem was with AC. Room never really cooled down . It is a central AC system so you can't adjust the setting of what they think is a cool room. Probably was about 78 degrees F.

The hotel is worth the money and the location is great. You can walk to just about everywhere. A little bit noisy though during the day. I was not impressed with the service at all especially when they call themselves "world class hotel". The staffs usually ignore you until they're done with whatever they're doing and then ask if they can assit you with anything. For the price that I paid I'll probably return.

The rooms here were nice. They were clean, comfortable and a good place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The front desk was very helpful and spoke english well enough. The only problem we had was one morning room service forgot we had ordered the night before. I'd recommend this hotel, especially as a close place to walk to the Forbidden City and surrounding area.
