| Nice clean room with an easy walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and offered excellent service. Beach chairs and umbrella were included.

| Hotel is located less than 3 minutes walk from the center of Orient Beach. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with our needs. Room was cleaned daily and provided us with all the amenities we desired. Rates were among the best we found and a great value due to the location.

| This is a great place to stay. Two minutes walk from one of the best beaches on the island. The rooms are nice, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

| Have been traveling to St Martin for past 15 years and have stayed at this group of hotels many times. Always a pleasure to be this close to the beach and still not pay a lot of money for it.
