This hotel is located in Silicon Valley and offers convenient access to Hwy 101, I-280, and other thoroughfares. Stanford University is 4.5 miles northwest, and downtown San José is 16 miles southeast of the hotel. San Antonio Shopping Center, half a mile away, houses numerous shops and restaurants. On site are two meeting rooms and a business center with two computers, a printer, and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Wireless Internet access in the lobby and outside pool area is also complimentary. A 24-hour market, adjacent to the front desk, stocks snacks and beverages, and local restaurants provide dinner delivery service. Indoor garage parking is free.

| The Marriott Courtyard hotel is great for anyone visiting the bay area on business or leisure. The rooms are spacious and the free wired internet really makes life easy. The only drawback would be the lack of a free continental breakfast but frankly speaking, most hotels dissapoint in this realm anyways.

| It's hard to say what the worst part about this hotel was. It might have been the 25 drunken people partying upstairs. It might have been the hotel management doing nothing about the noise. But it's probably when the drunks pulled the fire alarm after 4am, and since nobody working at night knew how to turn it off, the alarm kept going off intermittently for the next hour and a half. Do you own a car? If so, sleep there instead.

| Best of type. Parking (free) underneath can't be beat! Wi-Fi didn't work in room, but free ethernet was speedy. Nice comfortable chair. Lots of pillows on bed. Quiet. Breakfast food good - chef makes great omlets.

| I stayed at this hotel on a visit to Stanford (less than 10 minutes down the street by car or bus), and I recommend it very highly. The hotel is located in a safe location and the staff was very professional and helpful. The underground parking was very nice: park your car in safety and take the second elevator straight to your floor. Another reviewer noted there was no high-speed internet access--not true: the hotel offers FREE wireless internet high-speed access. Highly recommended!

| Liked security parking underneath hotel. Pretty quiet except our room was over security parking gate & we could hear it everytime it opened and closed. Otherwise, hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Only thing I did not like was housekeeping had missed a washcloth that had been previously used by room occupant prior to us.

| Location, quality, etc. good but surprisingly doesn't include high-speed internet connectivity. They don't have any broadband service period. Very disappointing given its located in Silicon Valley.
