| Great rates for Burlington. Walking distance to Olive Garden, Burger King, 7/11, etc. Nice rooms with refrigerator and microwave.

| The hotel looks okay on the outside and the clerks were fine. Our room was in poor condition but was clean. The area that the hotel is in appears safe and there were eateries within easy walking distance.

| Let's set the scene. It's about 30 degrees outside in a typical Vermont winter, with an ice storm hitting the area the day before. It snows all week and stays cold.My wife comes back from checking in with a door key in her hand, not a card key. I asked her if she was serious about that being our room key. We get in the room and no heat, even after turning the HVAC unit to full heat mode.We go to use the phone to call the front desk and it doesn't work either. My wife walks back down to the office and comes back with a space heater. There are no more rooms available and that's all they can do.Oh, did I mention that the inside door lock consists of a bolt in the doorframe with a wire cord looped around it that loops around the doorknob? Classic!
