| This Hotel was Fantastic. We stayed there because of the theme Park SilverWood. But we are going to go Back Because of the Romantic Hotel with such an Inspiring View. This Hotel has a Great Restaraunt. And its own River Boat.

| We could not check-in to our room at 3 pm as indicated on our itinerary. Instead, we waited with many others until after 5 pm. The staff was unapologetic, stating only that they had been full the night before. Other people had paid for a river view and did not receive it and they had to argue for a different room rate accordingly. The fitness center was used by children below the stated minimum age (14) and they made it dirty and unavailable for the adults.

| An OK hotel. Located in a neighborhood but on a nice river. Hotel was run down, needed some sprucing up. Staff was a little lost at check in, needed two front desk people to check me in.

| This hotel is OK for older persons wishing to sit and read. Very small rooms with no view. You cannot easily access the river beach just the docks (a work out to get back from). Swimming pool is small but OK. Hot tub jets do not work well (little power). The restaurant is great and the food is very good.

| Right on the river. On site resturant overlooks the Spokane River. Volleyball court down by the small sand beach near hotel marina. Plenty of parking, even during asoccer tournament at the same hotel. Desk sold tickets for Silverwood Theme Park as well. Back towards Spokane about 3 miles is the outlet malls. Gas in Couer d'Alene runs about 20 cents cheaper than Spokane, and Post Falls is about half way between in price.
