| Hotel is very close to Bunratty Castle, but 15 minute ride to Limerick so if you want dinner in Limerick or want to explore the 20 historical sites in Limerick you must take a bus or cab. They charged me for breakfast which s/h/b included, couldn't find my Expedia details (a recurring theme) and lost a jacket I sent for cleaning. Pool closed for renovations and passes to other pool were already all given out. Facility is nice, clean. Beds are rock hard, if you need a soft bed do NOT stay here!

| The location of this hotel to the Shannon airport is ideal. It is right off of N19, which by the way makes it important to get a room towards the parking lot since road noise can be a problem a times. But other than that the conveinence for early morning flights is really nice and it is far enough away that you don't here the airplanes overhead. Well marked along the highway and easy to find.

| Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was in excellent condition. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast only. Breakfast was buffet style with an omelet or fried egg chef. The selection consist of traditional Irish breakfast (Irish bacon, sausage, white and black pudding, hash browns) and cereals, limited pastries. The food was good. The service for tea, coffee, and toast was slow or nonexistent.
