| The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and pool bar were nice. The bartender was very nice as well. The hotel was older and not well maintained. Fresh paint and new carpet would be nice. Our door could be pulled open wihtout a key. The AC worked, but was not real cool. We only planned to stay one night and I would have looked for other accomodations if I needed to stay longer.

| If you don't want to spend alot of money for a hotel, this is a good place to stay. It is clean and quiet, and it is right across from fancier hotels and casinos and the beach is walking distance. I plan on staying at this hotel next time I visit Aruba.

| Rooms were musty, damp/humid. Air conditioning worked in some rooms but not all. Some bathrooms were new (2nd floor); others old and rusty (3 & 4th floors). Great pool! Good location to high rise hotels. Maids took all towels not hung up! Not all rooms had clocks; not all safes worked.

| The front desk was not friendly, told us there was NO ice in the hotel, had to purchase ice from the bar next door, then we found ice machines on all the other floors. The hotel is under renovation, good thing, it needs it badly. We were awakened before 7 am by workmen cutting tile. We taveled with another couple and we given accomodations on the 1st and 4th floors. When asked about moving from the 1st floor, were told there was nothing available, then someone walked in off the street and asked for a room and got a room on the 4th floor.

| This is aa inexpensive, casual hotel. It's basic, but it's in a good location and the people who work there are very nice. I liked the relatively small size of the hotel. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

| The service was great, and the price was great. The people working there were nice and helped out a lot with things were we're going to do while there. It wasn't as fancy as the other hotels there, but why go on vacation and stay in the hotel when you can see the island.

| The Brickell Bay Beach Club is a great hotel for the price! Only a 3 minute walking distance to the great Palm Beach where you can relax in a cabana (free). As for a pass for free beach chairs at the hotel front desk. You show the pass at the beach and recieve free beach chairs. Make sure to pick up beach towels (free) too at the hotel before heading to the beach! Only a 5minute walk some of the areas greatest resteraunts in the area! Go to La Petit Cafe where you can eat food prepared infront of you on a hot stone! Cook it yourself as you eat! For dessert head right across the street for cafe Amici which is also great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Some downsides to the hotel were that on the bottom floor the carpet in the rooms smelled alittle akward but we were upgraded to a room on the 4th floor for free. That room had ceramic tiles so it did not smell but there was a small ant problem. Be sure not to leave little amounts of opened food around. Also the pool was great! There was a swim-up bar there! For drinks at Palm Beach head to Pete's Pirate Bar.

| Like everyone else said, the location is perfect. You can walk to every part of Palm Beach. And a Hooters restaurant is on the property! You pay 1/3 the price of the high rises and have all the same access with out the crowds and price. I am an airline pilot and stay at hotels all over the world, hardly ever met a more friendly staff, ever, anywhere. Construction is done, nice and quiet now.
