| Excellent accommodations and service. Both checking in and checking out were painless. There was a CTA train station conveniently within walking distance. The only downside was that the hotel was 45 minutes away from the Loop.

| Great hotel!. Something I particularly dislike about American hotels is the shower (or lack of it) and bathroom ilumination. This hotel is very different to any other American hotel I've ever stayed. Rooms are very nice looking too, and it is quite competitive pricewise. A top recommendation

| Very nice hotel but near O'Hare and its associated noise. Extremely nice rooms and some of the best room service meals I have had although expensive. No mimibar and no wireless internet service, but there is plug in and TV internet services. A plus is free shuttle service to and from O'Hare every 20 min. Would rec. it for business, but not for families since it is near airport and far from the downtown area. Only restaurant outside hotel was a Bennigans several blocks away.

| The hotel is very nice and modern inside. The suites give you a classy look with some what of a modern look. A bit dissapointing the fact that with such comfort there are no fridges or microwaves in the suites. The distance to downtown is a bit of a hassle, about 40 minutes to the core of downtown taking the "blue lane". The good thing is the the station is around the corner from the hotel. If the price is right and you can deal with the distance is a good place to stay.

| Simply a great hotel. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone whose arrangements can allow them to stay out near Ohare yet take the EL service at the hotels doorstep or drive into the loop or near north area.

| The Hotel is better suited to business travellers, as it sits about a 5 minute shuttle ride from Ohare, and about a 20 minute train ride to the Loop. There is easy access to the Blue Line station (about 200 yards from the hotel). Service is excellent, shuttle is available 24 hours, and rooms are spacious with a seating area, desk, large bathroom, and very comfortable beds.

| My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and were really impressed with the great customer service and clean, comfortable rooms. The check-in/out took only seconds. The suites are rather small but nice, we requested a refrigirator at check-in and they had sent it up before we got to the room! We would stay at this hotel again!
