What to expect: One block from the convention center and three blocks from Sixth Street bars and restaurants, this hotel draws business and leisure travelers. Amenity highlights: The hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast daily, and room service from P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar during restaurant hours. | This is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at, and it didn't cost an arm & a leg. They've got the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen, friendly & helpful staff & AWESOME pillows that I wanted to take home with me. Great location downtown, within walking distance of most things downtown, easy access to I-35. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

| The rooms were clean and the comfort of the bed excellent. The standard room I had was clean and well maintained although a little small. The wait for the elevator was slow as out of the 4 available only 2 seemed to be working. The location is excellent near all the downtown activiites. Budget for valet parking which cost me $17.00 per day. The included breakfast buffet was good but there was not enough indoor seating. August is too hot to sit outside on the balcony. The staff was very friendly.

| I haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn in quite some time. The last time I was in Austin, I stayed at the Four Seasons which is right down the block. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms and bathrooms are. Very modern. Great new beds with nice linens. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectation. The only negative is that there is live music in that area on Fri/Sat nights, so a corner room is not desirable at this location. Request a high floor. The staff moved my room immediately when I couldn't go to sleep. Very accommodating!

| Hotel was in a great area with heaps of good food and bars, you can walk almost anywhere you need to go. I would recommend staying there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oh, parking is not included in room price, so if you have a car be prepare to add $$ per day to your trip.

| This hotel had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I got the best nights sleep. For all the MTV Real World fans, this hotel is across the street from the Real World house from the Austin season.

| This hotel is conveniently located downtown. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and there was a great breakfast every morning. However, it would have been nice to know that it is a valet parking only hotel, and this is not included in the price of the room. Just be sure to add a little extra in your budget!

| What a nice room, great location, and good price! The breakfast was definitely above average!! We could walk to food, entertainment, and local sites. If you want to be downtown Austin, this is the best buy out there.

| Excellent hot breakfast--the most comprehensive I've ever seen that was complimentary. It was great to have this included in the price and is a nice way to save a few dollars (as long as you get down to the breakfast room before 10am when it closes).
