Features
What to expect: This hotel offers 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and hosts many business travelers. Leisure travelers are here, as well. The lobby couches are set along a full wall of windows that let in plenty of natural light. Blue floral-print carpeting complements salmon-hued marble tiles at the entryways to two of the hotel restaurants. Amenity highlights: This hotel’s recreational options include a complimentary 24-hour fitness room; nine-hole, par-3 executive golf course; large outdoor swimming pool; and a game room with several pinball machines and other games. The golf course is illuminated for late-evening play. A self-serve coffee station is available near the lobby coffee shop. Insider Tip: The Allstate Arena is 1 block from the hotel, and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is just 2 miles away. For guests planning to visit downtown Chicago, the hotel can arrange shuttle transport to the airport CTA train station. From there, it's only a $1.50 train ride to the Windy City.
Copper Trellis - Recessed overhead lighting, banquette seating with curved pastel-hued booths, and bamboo chairs covered in bright floral prints create a cheerful atmosphere in this restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast options include a hot or cold buffet, as well as breads and pastries, yogurt, corned beef hash, omelets, waffles, and muffins. At lunch, menu items include soups, salads, and sandwiches. When lunch crowds are thick, a buffet is also typically served. For dinner, options start with French onion soup, Cobb salad, and more. Entrees include barbecued ribs, liver and onions, shrimp scampi, and fresh fish. Quest Sports Bar and Lounge - Glass doors and windows are etched with images of Roman figures in this bar that features sports on large-screen TVs. A pub-food menu includes chicken fingers, beer-battered onion rings, Buffalo wings, grilled chicken sandwiches, and lots more. There are also several pool tables and video games. Baskets of popcorn are complimentary, popped from an old-fashioned-style popcorn machine. This spacious bar is open from lunchtime to early morning. Portico - Available for private parties only, this Italian restaurant specializes in veal, seafood, pasta, and steak. One area of the dining room is raised and circled by pairs of marble Roman columns for an intimate gathering.

| I can not recommend this hotel. It smells. It is old. The parking is bad. And you need ear plugs to sleep (jets flying over every 10 minutes).

| Quick and timely shuttle rides (care of Ramada) to and from the airport make staying at this hotel a convenient and less-expensive alternative to the other, more noisy airport hotels.

| I liked this hotel based on the price and if you want to be close to the airport. The rooms are quiet and nicely appointed with marble in the bathroom and nice furnishings and carpet.

| The best part of the hotel was the free shuttle to the train station. It was only $3 to go downtown and when we arrived back at the train station we only waited 2 minutes for them to take us back to the hotel.

| The condition of the room was very good. The room was of a good size. However, there was no kitchenette type area and the coffemaker and other assorted things were stored in the television armoire. The bed linens were in good condition, but you could feel all of the springs in the mattress so it wasn't very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food they were serving. Checkout was fast and easy (just had to leave a voicemail message). Parking cost EXTRA and was a PER DAY charge. The staff was very friendly but surprisingly bad with directions on how to get around town. Internet was also an extra per day charge.
