| The staff members were courteous, the breakfast was good, the room was clean. After staying in several country inns, though, we found this hotel fairly cramped and generic. Also, keep in mind that many rooms don't have access to in-room toilets and showers--just sinks. Still, though, for those flying into or out of Gatwick, this hotel's included transportation to/from airport is dependable and reliable.

| Close to the airport, with free shuttle service in both directions. Has its own restaurant and is walking distance to Horley town center and other places to eat. Only disadvantage is there is no elevator, but staff will help with heavy suitcases.
