| Dirty, smelly rooms, ice machine broken, jacuzzi broken and scum ring in it, spring sticking out of mattress, pool not heated, bugs coming out of juice machine and going all over continetal breakfast, no restaurant, housekeeping never came after requesting to put sheets on bed that fit. Manager switched our room for the second night and thought that was enough! This hotel is not fit for human or dog!

| Unfortunatly my stay was not a good experience at all. I had to got down to the front desk every day to get more towels and washcloths. The facility had no running water for one day of my stay and no hot water for another day of my stay. A partial refund would have been nice, but was not given.
