| The room was very nice and clean. We had a patio with a view of the Olympic ski runs. Easy access to the hot tubs too. But, there was no air conditioner. I ask the staff why the air conditioner did not work and they said none of the condos in the Crestview complex have air conditioners. We lucked out because it was cool during the night. Also, there is 0 maid service and the linen selection in the condo is slime. Next time we are bringing our own bedding supplies. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone but make sure they understand what is not provided.

| Was hard to find and I knew about where it was. Not easy access to the building if you park outside. Close to the outlets, which was nice.

| We arrived at 1am and found keys and info all organized and ready for us. However, we got to our room and it had not been clean. With the late hour, we were forced to stay in the dirty room. The following day, the staff very politely and quickly remedied the situation by giving us a new, larger and clean room! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

| This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It does not have A/C, but it was still nice enough outside that we didn't have a problem. It was about 300 feet away from the Outlet mall, so the location was great. It's probably rated 2 1/2 stars because it doesn't really have room service or other hotel amenities. But it was just as comfortable as a 4 star.

| When we got to our condo it was 47 degrees. It took about 2 hours for our room to warm up. We had to huddle around the gas fireplace to stay warm. There are NO ammenities in the kitchen. Every place we have ever rented at least had the basics such as salt and pepper, some sugar, more than 1 packet of coffee. The pan supply was so limited I could hardly fix dinner.

| I was not impressed with the front desk service during my stay. Upon check-in, they informed us that their shuttle was broken down, never mentioning that when it was up and running again, it could transport us to The Canyons. We spent hours on the city shuttle to get from Crestview to Canyons and downtown during our stay in Park City. A cab ride to anywhere in Park City from Crestview is $15 flat rate. Not the place to stay if you are without a car. Also, the night we went to soak in the hot tub, there was a locked chain around the fence, closing it earlier than the 10pm closing time. When the front desk was called, the response I recieved was that of apathy. "It's not my responsiblilty" We were offered a shuttle then (at this time we are standing in out bathing suits in 30 degree weather)to a nearby facility to soak in another hot tub.I felt like the front desk staff could have tried to be a little more accommodating for their guests than they were. Crestview is good for a family with a car, but not for someone relying on the public trasportation. It's too much of a hassle to call for cabs and wait hours for the free city shuttle.
