These condos were comfortable to be but there were many downs to them. No A/C available, no working remote for the TV, Some of the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before use. Not a very welcoming fitness room or pool.

We booked the 2 bdrm. suite with loft. It was very small for 6 people; would be fine for 2-4. The living room was very small, only one couch. We couldn't be all together in that one room. The loft was accessed by a ladder, very hot at night, even with the heat on low. There were skylights in the loft without blinds, very bright in the A.M. The beds were comfortable, linens were fine. There was no bed in the loft, only an uncomfortable futon couch. The location is a few miles outside of Park City proper, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, not as crowded as downtown. The property was clean, not luxurious, but adequate.

Cheaper condo in Park City area. Place could use a face-lift, and the gas fireplace was lame. Living room a bit drafty, and the sofa bed sunk to the floor. But the bedrooms were comfortable and the appliances all worked. Convenient to highway and to outlets.

I would say that this was just an okay place to stay. We got the two bedroom loft, but no one went up there because it took a ladder to get up there and there was also no TV up in the loft. We also had a very hard time hooking up the DVD player. I liked the room, but felt we were on our own once we got there. Really no way to talk to the hotel people there unless you went to the office. It was okay

We could have gotten a nice hotel room for less money, but I really wanted the extra bedroom for the kids. I think we ended up saving money in the end because we were able to fix meals there rather than eating out every meal. The washer/dryer came in very handy and it had a dish washer too which was nice.

We chose to stay here because we needed a second bedroom for our toddler to sleep in. The condo was nicely decorated and included a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms and a patio. The walls are a little thin and we were a little annoyed by the plethora of small dogs that seemed to be everywhere, which also included some insistent barking at 10pm. My husband thought it was too much money to pay for what we got, but I was determined to have a second bedroom for the little one and wasn't too concerned with the price. There's also a road that goes directly into the outlet stores, which was the main reason for our stay.

We arrived excited for our vacation only to be surprised with a dirty room with no furniture, a mattress leaning against the wall, an empty mt olympus water bottle on the kitchen table and stained carpet! To top it off, they wouldn't let us cancel our reservation after the huge disappointment and we didn't even get a discount. It was a disaster that ruined our trip.
