The Hotel was in a good location. It was hard to sleep at night due to street noise. Free Parking was available in an insecure area up a steep incline. The employees of the hotel were very courteous and friendly.

We were very impressed with the view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. On the other hand, parking was very scarce, the lock to the adjoining door was broken and the noise from the street was very loud. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is easy walking distance to the National Park, Bathhouse Row, and downtown. They have a spa in the hotel which my wife enjoyed.

Book this one as a last resort. The bathroom was not clean and the commode did not even have a cover on it. Parking is inconvenient. There are only a few spots that are close to the hotel. Traffic is loud and the walls are paper thin. My biggest concern was the bathroom. Brightest note: The restaurant.

No internet. Hotel is pretty old. Can't blame the condition of the hotel since Hot Springs is an old town, and it is right in the downtown stripe. Would be much nicer is we booked a suite outside of the hot spring town. There were many resort places around the lake in the out skirts of the hot spring (10 miles). Much modern, much cleaner, and much nicer.

It was a very quiet place to stay. The hotel personnel were so nice and extremely helpful if we had a question about something or needed something else in our room.
