| This is a nice hotel for the price, smack in the middle of Lucerne's old town. No parking, but you can drive right up and unload before going off to park somewhere else. Get earplugs though, the streets are very noisy.

| Rooms are good but its not value for money. Charges are just too high and service is poor and staff very rude . Breakfast is just OK .Unless there is need to stay in the old city or near the station , i will not recommend this to any one .

| Great location in old town Lucerne. Modern style inside, 10 minute easy walk from train station. Staff polite but not overly friendly. 2 days plenty in Lucerne.

| We had two rooms. One was fine. The other smelled like something died in it and the young woman at the front desk was not terribly helpful although in the end, she finally moved our daughters to another room.

| This was a great hotel located in a great part of town. It was within walking distance of shops, the lake, the covered bridges. It was quiet and very clean. The bed wasn't super comfortable, however, we have stayed there 2 times in 6 weeks. The staff is helpful and speaks english.

| Though the exterior is in character with its surroundings, the rooms are very modern and spacious. Because we slept with windows open, there was some noise from the street, but it was not excessive. The location is an easy walk from the train station and the important attractions. Internet access is free. Breakfast was quite good.
