| I strongly recommend this hotel. The room was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpfull. It is close to two subway stations and you can reach the fish market on foot. As a bonus, we had a splendid view of Tokyo (the hotels starts at the 25th floor).

| Solid hotel, especially for the price. Service was very good / helpful. Good location from which to sightsee. One subway line directly below the building and 2 others 7 - 8 minute walk...so very convenient. Free internet in business center was a plus. Rooms are clean but a little small and no other amenities such as pool or any gym, but lobby bar and atmosphere very nice.

| The hotel is attached to Shimbashi Station on the JR Line and is a 4-5 minute walk from the Yaminote line to the hotel, located in the Shiodome Media Tower Building. You will have to navigate stairs within the station, so if you are luggage heavy (particularly with children) you should choose to take a cab (approx $4) to the entrance to the Shiodome Media Tower. The hotel lobby is located on the 25th floor with rooms above. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, conceirge services excellent, English is spoken fluently and the ambiance is contemporary chic. Our standard room was lovely, with separate marble appointed bath, high-end fixtures, delicious aromatherapy bath products, toothbrush & paste, comb/brush and body scrub. The view of Tokyo at night from our standard room was breathtaking with Tokyo Tower as a centerpiece. We did not eat in the restaraunt, but it offered a varied menu (Japanese/Western) and was suitable for both business and social occasions. Room service options were good, though pricey; even by Tokyo standards. This hotel is a good option for quick jaunts to Aquihabara, Shinjuku, Gaza and Odaiba. From Haneda allow yourself 1 hour travel time because of transfers, etc.

| The first thing I realized was how the hotel catered exclusively to the short-term foreign businessman. Hoping to practice my Japanese language skills, I was instead greeted with rather sterile English phrases. But ultimately the staff was very friendly. Wanting to avoid paying 200 yen for laundry services to wash one pair of socks...I asked guest services if they had coin laundry or knew of any nearby places. I was directed to another hotel a couple train stops away that had a coin laundry room. The guest rooms had a strange stagnant air that smelled like body odor. The lounge looked great and the live jazz was nice, but I was turned off by the fact that it was a smoke-friendly lobby, and that the breakfast buffet I walked by every morning was way too expensive. The only upside was the convenient location to Shimbashi, Shiodome, and Yurikamome stations. Ultimately, I felt unwelcome there because I was not a businessman. Unless you are a businessman whose company is paying for everything, I don't recommend staying here. Especially if you're a tourist just looking for a fun time and a warm Japanese welcome.

| As with most places in Japan, the cleanliness is unlike anything you'll see anywhere else in the world. Park Hotel Tokyo is a very contemporary and modern hotel much about the quality of the best American 5 star hotels. The views from every hotel room are beautiful, as all the rooms are on floors 25-38. This is a good value hotel, for the money you pay its a considerable value considering Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the entire world. The hotels location is GREAT! Its in Shiodome, which is right between Ginza, Roppongi, other popular Tokyo destinations. Beware of the in hotel dining, its really expensive and not that good.

| At first I was a bit skeptical. How could a Tokyo hotel be inexpensive(for Tokyo prices) and yet be good. I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels and generally book 5 star properties when I travel. After reading rave reviews of Park Hotel, I thought I'd try it. To my surprise, Park Hotel was upscale and nicely decorated. The room size was decent for Tokyo standards. It is located in a highrise just 4 years old so everything was very new. The lobby even had a jazz band playing. We loved the free high speed internet access in the rooms! The location was excellent, just off the Shimbashi Station on the JR. From Shimbashi, you can get to anywhere in Tokyo on the JR. Just below the hotel is the Shiodome City Center and the Carelle Center, where there were tons of informal restaurants ranging from Japanese cuisine, Chinese,Italian, Indian, etc. to choose from. In the Skyview levels of adjoining buildings are also many upscale restaurants. We never had the need to eat within the hotel so we were able to have great selection without paying an arm and a leg. I would definitely highly recommend Park Hotel to anyone.

| We loved this hotel... the rooms are a bit on the small side (like in most hotels in tokyo) but very clean comfotable. the staff speak english and were very helpfull. There is a free internet room. the location is convenient close to Ginza with shimbashi station a few minutes walk the (JR rail pass applies on the yamanote line). Shidome station is just below the building but the lines passing through it are less usefull for the major sights. Print out the map given on the hotel web site becuase there are a couple of buildings with very similar names in the area, and this can confuse cab drivers. The nearby shidome city center building (as opposed to the hotel's shidome MEDIA center building)has many good restaurants and a starbucks.
