Our multilingual staff is always attentive to your needs and offers good advices to make you feel at ease. Each of our 42 soundproof rooms with modern fitting provides bathroom or shower/ toilet/ hairdryer/ air-condition/ mini bar/ TV/ and touch tone phone with Internet access-ISDN and Wireless. All rooms are equipped with Swiss quality beds and mattresses to contribute to a sound sleep. Non-smoking rooms and special large rooms for wheelchairs are available. Restaurant Mercato. Daily fresh homemade Italian specialties combined with Mediterranean ambience invite you to take off. Restaurant/ Bar Mercatino Meeting point to lean back with an aperitivo/ a bruschetta/ or an Italian ristretto. | Fine for what it is, great pizza restaurant downstairs. If coming from Zurich by train, there are 2 that go to the airport. DO NOT take the train that goes to Winterthur! You then have to go through the airport and find a bus to the hotel. Take the train that goes to the airport and Klotten. When you leave the Klotten railstation there is a path directly across the street that winds through some apartment buildings, ending in a small strip-mall type street in about 200 feet. Hotel Fly Away is at the left end, about half a block up.

| The hotel is clean and quiet located in what must be a suburb of Zurich with easy train connections back to the main train station. The front desk staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus from the airport is another plus. If I had one suggestion it would be to offer rooms that can accommodate 4 people. We stayed in Mestre and Munich using Expedia in quad. rooms. They were once again clean and comfortable providing self-serve breakfast bars included in the cost of the room. When you're a family and touring Europe cost is a major factor and these two rooms in Kloten for one night added up in Canadian dollars inclusive of tax to what we spent for four nights in Italy and five in Germany. Switzerland is a beautiful country and one of our favourites but by far the most expensive place during our vacation.
