| This was the second time I have stayed at this particular hotel. Since my last visit I did notice some improvements. Specifically, the pillows and towels. Seems like a small thing, but it made a huge improvement in regards to comfort.

| Counter people were always very pleasant and very helpful. Same with the shuttle drivers, and the shuttle service was very efficent and took us (and picked us up) everywhere we needed to be. Outstanding service.

| biggest concern was with the room security measures. I moved rooms twice because the security door latch was broken off in all instances. Front desk clerk offered the excuse that owing to people losing there room keys the hotel had to cut part of the security bolt off. In my case both rooms had been torn off not sawed or cut. Carpeting was filthy in my room also. Not a pleasant experience. Also had to request that toilet tissue be sent to room, as nothing in the bathroom. Had to go and collect it from front desk myself.

| The hotel is located downtown and is very convenient to area attractions. There were several problems with our room that needed to be addressed. The lights over the beds did not work, the toilet and shower were dirty, the iron leaked water, one of the beds was missing a blanket, and we never received wash clothes. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

| we stayed here during memorial day weekend and got a great price on the room. this hotel is only a few blocks away from the riverwalk area. it has covered parking. it has continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, bagels, heat and eat waffels, yogurt, juice. we were a little disapointed the pool was not in use. they were still filling it up and it was not running before we left. i felt like it should have been ready for use since it was a holiday weekend.
