| For the price that we paid, I would expect the hotel to be clean, the rugs to be clean and no cigarette burns. The hotel is very cold and we are not able to control the air condition. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my famlies, friends or colleagues because I'll be embarrass to tell them that I stayed at the hotel and paid what I paid for. What the hotel is good for is conveniency to the subway and tourist attractions.

| Great location v. close to the KCR, MTR, & Nathan Road, TST. 'Interesting' neighbourhood, with plenty of bars, but generally not rowdy, so no problem sleeping. Room functional but clean, restaurants so-so. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, though calling room service was a chore as phone staff typically rude, as was the cashier when I checked out - I always feel that after handing over a ton of money, a thankyou would be nice!
