| For the price, it is a decent hotel. Right in central westwood, close to everything. Near a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, movies, etc. Not the most comfortable hotel. Appearance is old, and beds are extremely uncomfortable.

| We decided to stay at the Royal Palace because it was within walking distance of UCLA and downtown. It was decent, not luxurious, but clean. The most important reason to stay there is for the location. Parking in Westwood is almost impossible but we always had a spot at the Royal Palace so we saved ALOT of time and money just in parking hassles. If I have to return to that area, I will stay there again just for the LOCATION!

| It was a little strange when I checked in because when I put in my key card to my room I found the maid sitting on the bed watching T.V.... The room was clean, though!

| the name of the hotel sounds luxurious but it's actually nothing more than a two star. A bit hard to find the place in the beginning. It's on Tiverton's joint with four other road including Glendon. It's easier to find on foot actually. Overall good. Prefer UCLA's guest house service better.

| I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was tiny and uncomfortable as was the bathroom. The continental breakfast was a joke. The next time I go to LA, I will definitely spend a little more and get a nicer room in a better hotel.

| Hotel was clean and staff friendly. I would stay here again. However, parking is limited in terms of space for larger cars (and vans, SUVs), but I was driving a mid-sized which was fine. Given the price and location, this was a good value.

| I was very impressed with the service. The people were extremely friendly and nice, willing to help. The rooms were okay. Your typical room. Not really impressed. Towels and bathroom were common. I've stayed in better, but the location was perfect. Couldn't have found a closer hotel. So, overall, since I was only using the hotel to sleep in...it was a nice stay.
