| Although the game room was nice, the room that we stayed in was dirty and the beds were not comfortable. Would not stay there again.

| We stayed at the Best Western Squire Inn outside the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The hotel was wonderful. I was a bit worried about staying "outside" the park but the Best Western Squire Inn was convenient to everything, the restaurant had great food and service and the services for packages for the National Park were superb. I absolutely would recommend this hotel.

| Excelent location and service. If you plan your trip to the Grand Canyon at least 5 months in advance you can as well plan your stay in Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn. In the middle of Tusayan which is the entrance to the Park you can have it all in a short distance. Knowledgeable personel, very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Worth my recommendation.

| This hotel was everything we had hoped for and more. One of our major concerns had to do with bringing our 9 yr old. This hotel had the bowling alley, the video arcade, the exercise room and the pool, just to name a few amenities we felt were necessary to keep our daughter occupied in between excursions. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to the Grand Canyon, one of the best we have stayed in for a long time.

| We booked 4 months in advance through Expedia. Arrived to a sold out hotel with no record of our reservation. After several minutes and help from 2 front desk employees, we were told they have a reserve room available and they were not sure why our reservation was not on file. We were happy to have a room after a long road trip there, until we pulled back the bedcovers and had visible evidence that the linens on both beds had not been changed from the previous visitors. Also no toilet paper and trash left in waste basket. Obviously the "reserve room" was not ready for new guests. When told of the condition of the room, the front desk apologized and sent two employees very promptly to change the beds. Other disappointment was that the pool was closed the entire stay. Exercise room with minimal equipment in a closet sized room. On the positive side, the employees were very responsive to our concerns, the included continental breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, breads, and cereals and the location for visiting the Grand Canyon can't be beat.

| The room was dated, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom floor was filthy. We made our kids take a shower with flip flops on. The worst part of the room was the heat. It was so noisy it kept us awake most of the night. The ceiling wasn't insulated against sound and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants. Next time we go back to the Grand Canyon we will definately stay at another hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel before (especially in a family vacation area) where they charged for our 15 year old son. The whole experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth.
