| The Best Western Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Airport is situated only five minutes from the airport. Free shuttle service is available daily from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 Midnight to and from the airport. Our property is equipped with many facilities such as a grill restaurant, cozy hotel bar, library and lounge. We offer 80 comfortable rooms. Our 40 standard rooms are fitted with a colour television with free video channel, telephone, dataports, radio/alarm clock, desk, safe, mini-bar, coffee/tea-maker and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Along with the above mentioned amenities, our 40 deluxe rooms are more luxurious, comfortable and spacious. They offer a sitting area with two comfortable chairs, a good-sized desk and luxury bathroom with bath and toilet. Parking is free of charge.

| This hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained--definitely a step up from what I was expecting. I would recommend it for anyone who needs quick airport access and/or who has a long layover. There's a free shuttle that runs to the airport and it only takes five minutes to get there. They also have good internet access, which is a must for business travelers.

| Industrial strength hotel for business travelers. Very convenient for overnight to change planes. Not a scenic area at all.

| This hotel is currently undergoing renovation; however, even this has not lowered the quality maintained by the staff. This hotel was a very clean and comfortable. The fact that it is 5 minutes from the airport was not a problem and the rooms were quite dispite the airport being so close.

| Every employee, from every shift, that we talked to was friendly, helpful, and knowlegeable about the attractions, area, etc. They made us feel very "at home". It was a good "quiet" hotel, even though it is close to the airport. The free internet access in the lobby is great, it is one of the only ways we got in touch with friends back home.
