| of the 3 elevators only one worked at a time. waits for the elevator was up to 10 mins in the morning. ice machines did not work on our floor. Asked front desk for a fridge. they informed me that one was available for an addational $10 per night. the broken ice machine made no difference and they would not consider a discount. the staff at the desk became rude when i suggested that the hotel should attempt to fix the machine or supply the fridge at a discounted rate. for the rate I expected better service and a nicer hotel.

| We were scheduled to stay 3 nights, but only stayed 1 due to our dissatisfaction with the hotel. The location of the hotel was less than desirable.

| This hotel is worn down and smelly. We had to find another hotel to stay in and cancelled our reservation for the second night at this one.

| The elevator doors were all banged up from abuse. The bar was closed early. The interior was in need of refreashing. My TV remote didn't work but they replaced it while I went out for dinner. There was no TV identification of the channels. I could not get the pay for view to work. My sheets were not tucked in because they were too small; the result was sheets in complete disaray bymorning. The shower had a nice head.

| The one really bad knock -- their outside windows were filthy -- they were so bad it really soured the experience. They clearly had not been washed for a long long time. I wondered if the rest of the hotel was similarly maintained. Other than that, the hotel was acceptable.

| If all your looking for is a cheap place to stay for the night this may work for you. The restaurant and many other parts of the hotel were under renovations when I stayed their. It seemed to be a very old hotel that was in much need of renovations. I think the elevator was the scariest part. I sounded like it was about to break down any second and it only had one dim light, so it was very hard to see once the doors closed. The rooms were clean though, so I have to give them credit for that.

| We have only been in one hotel that was worse than this one. We chose this hotel because of all the amenities that were listed, such as an indoor pool, whirlpool, exercise equipment. (We went in the winter-very cold). The pool was indoor/outdoor(heated, but still cold), NO whirlpool, almost all exercise equipment was broken, entire pool area was freezing cold, windows cracked and leaking. The elevators made really bad noises and were filthy. Overall, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff was friendly, but we will never go back.

| No hot water in the morning or at night. Elevator didn't work. Floors unclean. Carpet not vacuumed in room. Ice machine didn't work. I was the worse stay at a hotel I have ever had. However, the staff friendly.
