| the hotel could of been cleaner and better maintained, also they have people who live in rented rooms next to guest rooms,I had to ask a hotel worker twice to ask the person who lives in the hotel to please turn down their music twice, after midnight.but it was okay if on a budget

| The hotel is in a great location with easy walking access to the main street and the falls. The pool is small with a major slope from 3ft to 10ft and the beds are a little hard. But the location would make me stay again.

| I was traveling with my family of five, so we were on a budget. This hotel was great for the money and the location could not be beat for the price. Room was a little small but we were only in it for a few hours to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to any family that wants to be in the middle of the action without paying the high prices.

| This hotel is not within walking distance of the Falls or any attractions, but there are places to eat nearby. No elevator, so ask for low floor, or you'll have to take your bags up the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors

| It was close to the falls - 10 minute walk to horse shoe falls. The price was very reasonable. It was an older hotel but comfortable with an outdoor pool the kids enjoyed.

| Great location within walking distance of most attractions with free, safe parking. Meets minimum comfort needs if not particular. Potentially draws rowdy young adult crowd on the weekend due to price. Overall accomodations are "just ok".
