Features
What to expect: A combined reception area, breakfast room, and lobby give this hotel an inviting, informal feel, suitable for young children. With a mix of business visitors during the week and families on weekends, the hotel takes advantage of its central location and proximity to Paris’ favorite tourist attraction, the Eiffel Tower. Amenity highlights: The television corner in the lobby, with dark-red armchairs, provides a comfortable spot to relax. Insider tip: Next to the Eiffel Tower is the park Champ de Mars. Once a military parade ground, it retains its symmetrical patterning. Created in 1760, it’s much older than its more famous neighbor.
The lobby serves as a reception, breakfast, and lounge area. In the morning, a Continental buffet breakfast is offered to guests (surcharge). The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area.
Nearby restaurants: Relais Mercure Carnassier

| The hotel is very centrally located in the 15eme arondissement. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes on Grenelle Blvd. and it was in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The metro station Bir Hakim is essentially a very short hop to the Etoile and the Champs Elysee. It's also quite easy to get to the Musee d'Orsay and the Louvre and anywhere else really. While the single room was extremely small, perhaps eight feet long by four feet wide, it had everything I needed: a small desk with a telephone, a confortable and clean bed, a color TV, two of your typical Parisian windows overlooking the street in the main room and in the attached bathroom. One could also get a hair dryer on demand. Remember to take your own shampoo and conditioner as the hotel doesn't provide it. I did take advantage of the breakfast for 8 euros and I found it to be fine except the coffee could have been better (it's not as good as a cafe creme that one can get in the cafes). However, it is definitely convenient and helps to start the day off.

| Good choice for an inexpensive option. Good location, clean, and reasonably-priced breakfast buffet. Room was pretty small (especially the shower) but happy with it overall.

| Pretty standard hotel room. The room was clean, and quiet for the most part. The hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than American hotel rooms, and the shower was pretty small - I'd imagine a large person would have a hard time moving around in the showers. The location was great - close to attractions, restaurants, etc. We didn't eat the breakfast buffet, there are cheaper alternatives in the neighborhood. The staff was ok, could have been a bit friendlier.

| Unhelpful staff, very small, very dirty. Would not stay there again. The only thing going for it is that it is in walking distance of the Eiffel.

| Small rooms, great location. Ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower...five minute walk to two different metro stops. Friendly staff helped make our stay an enjoyabe one. The picture on Expedia doesn't lie, you can really see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel.
