| The staff was helpful and the location was ok, close to the bus stop that takes you to Venice but the facility was awful. Very old, very small, the toilet was inside the shower so when you showered the toilet and everything else got wet. We had a quad room which is twice as expensive as a regular one and it was not an inch bigger than a regular room, in fact much smaller than any regular hotel room in the US.

| This hotel was tacky at best. Rooms were small and seedy. Bathrooms so small, feet were in shower when on toilet. Single 25 watt bulb for light. Accessibility for bus transportaion to Venice was excellent. But there are other hotels in the area. Only one restaurant in area.

| The hotel has the smallest bathroom I have ever seen when you seat down on the toilette your leg hangs into the shower pan. All the mattresses are thousand year old and lumpy. I did not sleep for two days. The hotel is about 7-10 miles form Venice and not 4 km like the description say. I would not stay at this hotel ever again. The bus stops right in front of the hotel.

| At first I wasn't sure where the hotel was in relation to Venice but I was pleased with how easy it was to get to Venice from the hotel. The hotel is right on the bus line and you can get to Venice by bus for 1 euro. Good hotel, cheaper than staying right in Venice
