for the price that i was paying, it was pretty worth it! didn't have problems with dirty beds or rooms but i do suggest bringing your own towels! (not that the hotel towels weren't clean, i just felt kinda icky using towels that other ppl i didn't know also used). hotel is actually next to a parking lot (not a great view in my room) and the Air conditioner worked very well. there was even cable TV! definitely close to the main city of boston and easily accessible to other tourist sites! i didn't wake up early enough for the continental breakfast tho!

Great location, room was small but clean. There is a nice breakfast in the sunroom, and you can check your e-mail in the lobby. There is a Boston Athletic Association museum on the 4th floor. Do stop in to see it.

Appearance of rugs and walls is a bit depressing, obviously in need of a renovation. The only major problem I would consider to be the noise from the neighbor's running water which is unreasonably loud, and the thin door with a gap at the bottom makes the chattering housekeeping staff in the hallway very annoying. Don't expect to sleep past 8 AM.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Boston. The accommodations are adequate -- the staff very friendly and helpful......but the best thing is the location. It's within walking distance of Newbury Street, Boston Common, Copley Square and both bus and train. A free continental breakfast is also offered, as is internet access.

This is a business type hotel with not many luxuries. However, it is located in Copley Square. Right next to the Hancock building and the Trinity Church. It is only 2 blocks away from the "T". It is a little difficult to find the front door and it is a little old. But the location is great, the staff is not overly friendly, but they are very helpful. And the continental breakfast is good. The pastries are fresh and there are plenty of them. The rooms are not spacious, but I only needed a bed and a shower. I was out most of the day. The hotel is clean and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a practical hotel and not a luxurious hotel.

The conference center did a great job with the basics - friendly service, basic continental breakfast and a clean, comfortable room. Don't expect luxury, but you'd be a fool to expect it at such a good price. One downside, the wireless internet access works well only on lower floors. On floor 6 we couldn't access anything, and were directed to the lobby, which was fine for us.
