| The hotel is fine but their concierge staff is unimpressive. I had a package delivered to the concierge desk - that no one could find until I verified with the tailor who they left it with - then the package was miraculously located. And, I wanted to private tour of the city - the staff was unable to help and not knowledgable in options . They ultimately gave me a map - and I provided my own tour. I would go back to this hotel however since the rooms are comfortable and it is very close to all things downtown ie sky train, underground, and boat taxis. Just don't expect a lot of help from the concierge and you're okay.

| The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and very good food in the restaurant. Large flat screen TV and kitchen in every room. The staff has difficulty with English and are not particularly helpful with directions but are very sweet and they try very hard to be helpful. We requested a stand for our luggage which doesn't come with every room and they accomodated us willingly. The biggest problem for us is the location. It is about 1/2 mile from the skyline altho there is a complimentary shuttle to get you there. The street itself is filthy, trash and grimey sidewlks are a real turnoff. So your walk back to the hotel is lined with alot of garbage, hawkers and a few girly bars. If this is not your thing, I might look to somewhere closer to the main street, Sukhumvit.

| Great hotel, great service, beautiful rooms. This hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff is very accomodating. This is the place to stay in Bangkok. Good location away from the hustle of Bangkok but close enough to be in the middle of everything when you want. Should be a 5 star!!!!

| Loved the place. It was as everyone described in reviews, high class 5-star place for a three-star price. Very friendly service, and the US$20 mercedes limousine to and from the airport well worth every penny for the comfort and ease of use. In-room dining and dining room may have been on the higher end for Bangkok prices, but still pretty affordable

| The location left a little to be desired, but the hotel had a shuttle to the Nana skytrain, so it wasn't bad (complimentary). The room itself was wonderful (we had the Solitare 1 bd suite). After a week of less expensive hotels and going non stop, it was wonderful to relax in our room and our very comfortable bed and watch movies.

| We have been very happy with the choice. No smoking room was not available and they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel is not huge but very cozy. Rooms are perfect, large with large plasma TV, international TV channels, wood floor, many amenities. It was definitely better than expected. Only minor negative note they were always short of bath supplies but this is probably not the hotel, is the person that was making the room. There are free wireless and wired high speed internet as well. Breakfast was a fantastic, huge buffet breakfast for about $6. You cant have a better deal. The Hotel is not on the main road but they shuttle you there and it is at walking distance. This is a good thing so there is some shielding from the crazy pollution and noise of Bangkok. We will definitely go there again. Gabriele, San Diego
