| Very pleasant staff. Rooms very good size. complementary shampoo and bath gels provided as well as a hairdryer. Right beside Fatima sanctuary. Easy to locate and with a Tourist Office just 2 minutes away. Very convenient for visiting the sanctuary and pedestrianised areas nearby. Staff very helpful. very good breakfast available. Would definitely be interested in using this hotel again.

| All eight of us were very impressed with the quality of this hotel seeing as it is only rated as a 2 star hotel. We would certainly give it a 3 star. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good by continintal breakfasts standards.T he staff of the hotel were very helpful and had very good english. The hotel is very centerally located only three minute walk to the sanctuary. The only problem we had when we arrived was the hotel did not want to give us breakfast as they said expedia had not included it in our booking. When I produced a copy of an e-mail from expedia to explain that breakfast was included in our itenary they agreed to give us breakfast. But I dont think that this was the fault of the hotel as expedia had only booked us in for rooms only. Also with having a baby with us we found it difficult as there was no fridge or microwave in the room or in a communial area so ever time we needed something we would have to ask staff who were often busy on the phone, dealing with other guests etc. But overall we were all very pleased with the hotel and would certainly stay there if we were returning to Fatima.

| Extremely close to the Fatima Sanctuary, roughly a five minute walk. The main part of town is located on the other side of the Santuary, but within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and a decent size. The staff are friendly and helpful and some can speak English. I would stay here again.

| Very good location near the basilica, near gift shops, and near the post office. Good price. Very friendly and helpful staff (spoke English reasonably well). My single room was very tiny and smelled musty, although it was clean. I'd probably try another hotel the next time, but I don't regret staying here.
