| Lovely location on Exhibition Street between Collins and Bourke, within walking distance to heaps of shops and dining. The staff are extremely knowledgable and are more than willing to help you find your way around town. The apartments are clean and well furnished with modern appliances. There are only a few small drawbacks to this otherwise perfect lodging. One, the on-site parking is extremely limited. It consists of a car hoist to the basement of the building with spots for about 10 cars, otherwise you'll have to use the lot around the corner. And the other is that the 10th floor apartments are not serviced by the elevator. You ride up to the ninth floor and walk up a flight of stairs to get to the 10th floor. Otherwise, a really wonderful experience!
