| We could not have been happier with our arrangements. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and how wonderful to have your own private pool! Our son loved that! Quick access to the beach with all of the amenities made our stay enjoyable!

| Green Cay Villas were the perfect place to spend our leisurely days. The view, accomodations, and staff were all spectacular! I recommend those who are looking for serenity and want to enjoy the villa stay here.

| Green Cay Villas is a very nice vacation hotel. Highly recomend it to vacationers who are looking for quiet getaway. Having own pool realy made a difference for us. We were able to swim every time we felt like it. Also, Villas are located in gated community that gives feeling of security. It is alaso upto 3 minutes walk to the beach. Staff is exelent, very helpful. Well, these villas are really nice and we are looking forward to going back. It is toward high end but defanately worth it...

| This was our second trip to St. Martin, but our first time staying at Green Cay Villas. We absolutely loved Green Cay Villas! We were on a family vacation & the villa was perfect. We had 2 very large bedrooms, a tremendous family room, a kitchen, outdoor dining room, a private swimming pool & large deck, and a back porch with a table & barbecue. Every morning we woke up to the smell of coffee brewing, a just baked loaf of French bread & pastries, jams, etc. Everything would be set up beautifully on the dining room table when we woke up. We spent our days on the beach (which you could walk to) & enjoyed our evening swims in our private pool. The managers of the villa did everything possible to be accomodating & responded immediately to any requests. It was a perfect vacation & we can't wait to go back!
