| The hotel was very clean and nice. It was very convenient to the theatre district. The valets were helpful with information and very professional. The hotel desk personnel were not too helpful with questions about the area and weren't really interested in helping. But overall, the place was good.

| Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was professional. The restaurant lacked a little. It was busy as it was a weekend when we were there and nothing is open downtown, and I assume they were short staffed. Overall the hotel was a good choice.

| The price for that night was a little steep for standard double rooms, but there was really nothing else to complain about. The staff was courteous and everything was in order. We had a relatively large vehicle that the valet helped us park. Some hotels we stay at with more space to work with, refuse to assist us at all (with this large vehicle).

| There is valet parking for about $20 or paid parking across the street. The valet parking is very limited to stalls, so I parked in the open lot across the street for $5.50. In order not to be towed, I had to get up at 6am to renew the parking after a 230am fire drill that lasted about an hour. There was no other parking available. I was exhausted for my trip the next day.

| We were looking for a hotel that would allow us to visit the museum district in Houston, but couldn't find anything that was in walking distance. We were so pleased with this hotel in general, but especially because it was not even a block away from a light rail train system that takes you right down to the museums. It was fabulous, and we intend to return.

| I was quite surpised to find that we had the option of either paying for valet parking ($17 a night) or parking in a $5 a night parking lot next to the hotel that looked like a hunting ground for car theives. The service and friendly staff made up for that hidden cost.
